How do I get started with the platform?

Sign up for a free account, follow the onboarding wizard, and you'll be up and running in under 10 minutes. No credit card required to start.

Can I connect my existing tools?

We integrate with Slack, GitHub, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace, and 40+ other tools. You can manage all integrations from the Connections page in your settings.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. You won't be cut off abruptly — we give you a 7-day grace period to upgrade or reduce usage before any restrictions apply.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront but can be cancelled for a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

Do you have an affiliate or referral program?

Yes. Our referral program gives you a 20% recurring commission for every customer you refer who subscribes to a paid plan. There's no cap on earnings and payouts happen monthly.

How do I transfer ownership of my account?

Account ownership can be transferred to another team member from the Team Settings page. The new owner must already be a member of the workspace. The transfer takes effect immediately.
