What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes up to 3 active projects, 5 GB of storage, and access to core features like task management, file attachments, and basic reporting. You can invite up to 2 team members. It's a great way to experience the platform before committing to a paid subscription.

How does the billing cycle work?

By default, subscriptions renew monthly on the date you first subscribed. If you switch to annual billing, you'll be charged once per year at a discounted rate. You can view and manage all billing details, including invoices and payment methods, from your account dashboard.

Can I migrate data from another tool?

Yes. We offer import tools for the most popular productivity platforms including Trello, Asana, Notion, and Monday.com. Our migration wizard guides you step-by-step and preserves your tasks, attachments, comments, and assignees. For large migrations, our team can assist at no extra cost.

Is there a mobile app?

We have native iOS and Android apps available on the App Store and Google Play. The mobile apps support offline mode, push notifications, and real-time sync. All features available on desktop are also available on mobile, with a touch-optimised interface.

How do you handle data privacy?

We take privacy seriously. We never sell your data to third parties. You can request a full export or deletion of your data at any time in accordance with GDPR and CCPA rights. Our Privacy Policy is written in plain language and clearly explains what data we collect and why.

What kind of uptime guarantee do you offer?

We guarantee 99.9% uptime on all paid plans, backed by a service level agreement. Our status page at status.example.com provides real-time and historical uptime data. If we fall below our SLA, affected customers automatically receive a credit on their next invoice.
